What is a root canal?
A root canal is a procedure that involves taking out the entire pulp of a tooth, often called the nerve. If the pulp is infected, we suggest removing it to avoid sever tooth decay and pain. This is a simple in and out procedure that involves local anesthetic, to numb the mouth while we remove the decay from the tooth and take out the pulp.
